EDUCATION - Teacher Training

Since 1990, 174 West-East and East-West visits have been completed. During this period UK medical experts made visits to central Europe to undertake fact-finding surveys, to hold discussions with local staff and to run training sessions. Topics covered have included radiotherapy, clinical physics, nutrition, paediatrics, laboratory services, audiology, vision assessment, hospital management and ear-mould technology. ).
